In microfinance Field level staff are directly involve at field work  and they are communicating  every day with member on different subject . So that Jeevan Bikas Samaj was organized two day communication Training from 2071 -05-19 to 20 for their field level staff at Head Office Building, Katahari 1 Morang . In that training 25 senior field assistant and Field assistant were participated . The resource Person Involved in training were Manager of JBS Mr. Damodar Regmi and Senior Officer Mr.Sudip Kumar Mandal . The main objectives of the training was enhances the communication skill  of filed level staff .
