Jeevan Bikas Samaj organized Microfinance Members Conference 2016 from 15 to 16 February, 2016. The program was organized under the chairpersonship of Executive Director of JBS Mr. Yogendra Mandal where Chairman of CSD, Mr. Shankarman Shrestha was the chief guest and Regional Director of NRB, Biratnagar Mr. Ramu Karki was the special guest for the program. Executive Director of JBS, Mr. Yogendra Mandal mentioned that JBS is the only organization to hold such conference for the first time in the field of microfinance. The chief guest of the program, Mr. Shankar Man Shrestha marked that if only there were 10 organizations like JBS it will not take any time to wipe out poverty from Nepal. More than 500 participants attended the program.
